Chatsafe does not use phone numbers to address users and can be used anonymously without uploading phonebook data. Therefore, it is also suitable for children under 16 years of age.

Duration of ServiceThe term of this Agreement (the "Term") begins on the date you purchase the Services from Chatsafe. Term extended to 1) End of 30-day subscription period (if you have not signed a separate agreement with Silent Circle, or 2) until the end of the term agreed in the initial service agreement. At the end of the current period, the term will automatically renew and be extended for a further number of days, or the same period as the originally agreed period, whichever is longer. When you notify Chatsafe that you intend to cancel some or all of the Services, those Services will not be renewed at the end of the Term
